the building

The building dates to 1903, and sits in Hudson, NY’s stately historic district, steps from Hudson's Amtrak Station and overlooking the Hudson River and the Catskill Mountains beyond. It was used as an elementary school until the 1960s, and then as a textile assembly site in the 1970s and 80s.

the vision

The creation of a film, media, design and innovation hub in Hudson, to serve as a guide and anchor to the creative economy taking root in the region by offering creative studio spaces and common co-working spaces.

Founders musician Melissa Auf der Maur and filmmaker Tony Stone are actively engaged in the cultural and economic shifts taking place in Hudson, and are committed to creating a mindful and dynamic creative industry in Hudson.
